Skoda drives forward new customer promise

Skoda continues to be renowned for offering excellent customer service and so far this year has been named ‘Best Manufacturer’ both in the Auto Express Driver Power Survey, and by the highly respected independent consumer group Which?

Having also taken top spot in the Driver Power Survey in 2009, Skoda has yet again raised the bar with the launch of its newest pledge, the Skoda Customer Promise.

The aim of the new promise is to build on this reputation by ensuring that being a Skoda driver is an enjoyable experience. Skoda plans to do this by continuing to provide a flexible and convenient service to its customers, drawing on its retailers’ expertise and attention to detail, coupled with their honest advice and quality care of service.

The Skoda Customer Promise is designed to cover all aspects of the customers’ experience from booking their vehicle in for a service to follow-up contact once they have driven their car away.
