A free Taylor Wimpey competition at the First Time Buyer Home Show could see one lucky South London property-seeker instantly win a home at its 793 London Road development of flats for sale in Croydon.

One lucky visitor to the First Time Buyer Home Show in Covent Garden on Saturday 23rd October could become the winner of one of Taylor Wimpey’s brand new apartments in Croydon – just by cracking the code to the leading housebuilder’s special safe.

A beautiful one-bedroom Croydon apartment worth £134,995 at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after 793 London Road development in Thornton Heath, is up for grabs in the amazing Crack the Safe competition, which is absolutely free and incredibly straightforward to enter.

To be in with a chance of winning this irresistible prize, Croydon flat-hunters can visit the Taylor Wimpey stand at the exhibition on Saturday 23rd October, taking place at the Grand Connaught Rooms, Great Queen Street, from 10am to 5pm.

Then, after registering their details, aspiring homeowners can try their luck at cracking the safe by entering a six-digit code of their choice into its digital keypad. If their chosen combination opens the door, the brand new apartment is all theirs!

Paula Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “To celebrate our involvement with the First Time Buyer Home Show, we are offering a gorgeous one-bedroom apartment at 793 London Road to the first person who can crack the Taylor Wimpey safe.

“This fantastic competition really couldn’t be any simpler to enter and with such a brilliant prize to be won, it’s an opportunity that’s not to be missed!

“While they are at the exhibition, first-time buyers can also find out all they need to know about how to step on to the property ladder – as well as discover more about the great-value prices and superb special offers available at Taylor Wimpey developments across London.”

Taylor Wimpey’s Crack the Safe competition is open to entrants aged 18 and over. Terms and conditions apply and will be available on request at the event.

The prize on offer is the stylish one-bedroom apartment at Plot 21 of 793 London Road – priced £134,995 and featuring an open-plan kitchen and spacious lounge/dining room opening through to a delightful private balcony, plus a double bedroom and a bathroom off the internal entrance hallway.

Alternative apartment designs are currently available to purchase at the development, including one-bedroom homes from as little as £139,995 and two-bedroom, two-bathroom properties from just £184,995.

Taylor Wimpey’s Easy Start shared equity initiative, available on selected plots, lets qualifying buyers secure their new home now for 85% of the full price. Full details of the scheme and other homebuyer incentives at 793 London Road are available from the Sales Executive.

Ideally located in Thornton Heath, 793 London Road is popular with a wide range of tenants including city commuters and is within easy reach of a wide range of shops and restaurants, a new sports and leisure centre and Thornton Heath railway station, which puts London Victoria only 25 minutes away.
