Taylor Wimpey’s Easy Start shared equity scheme lets first-time buyers secure selected properties for 85% of the full price at its Carrington Park development of stylish Essex flats.

Taylor Wimpey is helping quick-off-the-mark first-time buyers make their first move in the property market at its sought-after Carrington Park development of flats for sale in Essex.

Conveniently located in the semi-rural village of Silver End, selected brand new apartments at the leading housebuilder’s popular development of property for sale in Essex are available for just 85% of the price under the amazing Easy Start initiative.

For example, the two-bedroom apartment at plot 74, normally priced £119,995, is available for as little as £101,996*, while the stunning two-bedroom apartment with single garage at plot 83, priced £129,995, is available to one lucky qualifying customer in search of flats for sale in Essex from only £110,496*.
