Zurich enhances pensions and investment proposition

Zurich UK Life has announced it is enhancing its pensions and investment proposition with the introduction of sixteen new funds with immediate effect.

The additional funds will be available to advisers and their clients investing in the Sterling Investment Bond, Sterling ISA and Sterling Investment Account as well as across Zurich's range of personal pensions.

These latest enhancements to Zurich's investment and pension proposition will enable advisers to offer their clients greater choice across a wider range of asset classes while allowing them to take advantage of current growth opportunities including emerging markets, technology and regional specific funds. 

New funds include the Jupiter India fund that aims to achieve long-term capital growth through investing in companies that operate in India.   While the Schroder Asian Income Maximiser fund seeks to provide income with potential for capital growth mainly through investment in equity and equity related securities of Asian companies outside of Japan.   Furthermore the Investec Emerging Markets Debt fund aims to achieve long-term total returns through investment in public sector, sovereign and corporate bonds issued by emerging market borrowers.

In addition to speciality offerings, the panel includes a range of funds that aim to provide longer-term positive returns under most market conditions.  The Artemis Strategic Assets fund aims to achieve long-term growth through investment in a portfolio of UK and international assets with the intention of performing well when markets are favourable and preserving capital when markets are poor.
