A taste of life at Queen's Hills in Norwich

Laing Homes hosted a professional seafood cookery demonstration in the showhome kitchen of its Queen’s Hills development of houses for sale in Norwich.

Visitors were given some fabulous food for thought about the superb lifestyle a brand new property can offer at this sought-after collection of homes for sale in Norwich.

Staff from top seafood restaurant Loch Fyne, in St Giles Street, Norwich, whetted appetites by cooking a selection of mouth-watering dishes from their winter menu – all in the showhome kitchen of this stunning development of Norwich properties!

Oysters, mussels, sea bass and three of Loch Fyne’s famed trademark salmon dishes were all freshly cooked for visitors to the Norwich houses to sample.

The cookery demonstration on Saturday 16th October gave a real flavour of life in Queen’s Hills, Costessey, just six miles from the bustling city centre and perfectly placed for sampling Norwich’s finest eateries, as well as a taste of the wonderful living opportunities on offer in a brand new Laing Homes kitchen.

Loch Fyne general manager Rob Spillings explains: “The showhome kitchen was fantastic to cook in, in terms of both the finish and the quality of the space.

“When you are used to a commercial kitchen, it’s nice to walk into a private kitchen and find it’s finished to the standard we would expect at work.”

A selection of brand new homes, all benefiting from Laing Homes’ high standard specification, is still available, with prices starting from £152,995 for three-bedroom designs and four-bedroom detached family homes from as little as £194,995.

While first-time buyers can benefit from a range of incentives to help them on the property ladder, customers with a property to sell can use the easymover scheme, which finds a buyer for their current home and pays their estate agency fees.

Full details and terms and conditions for all incentives are available from the Sales Executive.

Set in the village of Costessey, Queen’s Hills is just six miles from bustling Norwich with its top-quality shopping, sports and cultural amenities.

And with the Norfolk Broads and miles of unspoilt coastline also close by, it is also perfectly placed for exploring and enjoying one of Britain’s most attractive counties.

To sample a taste of life at Queen’s Hills, come along to the Sales Centre, located off Alex Moorhouse Way, Costessey, Norwich, and open Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm and Mondays from 1.30pm to 5pm.
