Following the success of its summer switching campaign, high street bank Santander is bringing back its switching offer giving UK consumers the opportunity to switch their main current account and pocket up to £100 in the process.

Offering a market leading in-credit interest rate of 5 per cent plus £100 in cash, customers who make the simple move to one of Santander's Current Accounts, can benefit from a smooth, hassle-free switch from their existing current account - and get rewarded for doing so.

Thousands of customers switch to a Santander Current Account every week and, with the addition of 300 extra high street branches due to the rebranding of Alliance & Leicester branches it's even easier for customers to switch their current account provider.

To ensure a ‘painless' transfer when switching current accounts, Santander has a dedicated Account Transfer Service which helps/has already helped thousands of customers take the hassle out of switching and provide a seamless transfer for those who switch to us.

Using Santander's Account Transfer Service customers can:

Easily transfer all their existing standing orders, bill payments and direct debits from their old bank to the new Santander Current Account;
