New hope for first time buyers in Lincolnshire

Taking those first steps onto the property ladder can seem daunting – particularly when it comes to budgets and mortgages.
However, award-winning Stamford Homes has been working with The Nottingham to throw a mortgage lifeline to first time buyers, and help them buy their dream home at a price they can afford.
Thanks to a new deal designed especially for first time buyers, Stamford Homes is working in conjunction with The Nottingham to offer first time buyers a 95 per cent mortgage.
This means that FTBs looking to move to the following Stamford Homes developments will need only to find a five per cent deposit; Ferriby Rise, Clee Fields, Renaissance and Freshney Green in Grimsby, Aspire in Louth and De Aston Market at Market Rasen.
The minimum loan is £30,000 and the maximum is £150,000.
Stamford Homes sales director Steve Woomble said: “This is a fabulous mortgage for first time buyers and we are delighted to be assisting people onto the housing ladder with the help of this new deal from The Nottingham. It has already been exceptionally well-received.”
Cleethorpes branch manager of The Nottingham, Samantha Fleming, added: “Stamford Homes and ourselves share a desire to see local people benefit from great housing and competitive mortgages. Our first time buyer mortgage offers great value to potential buyers and is one of a few mortgages available in the market. We also support first time buyers through the whole home buying process offering advice on areas such as legal services, protection and insurance.”
