Take a virtual tour of new homes in Bromborough

People looking for a brand new home in Wirral can now ‘see’ inside three show homes 24/7 thanks to an innovative online TV channel.
Launched earlier this year, Redrow.TV is designed to keep homebuyers up to date with all things Redrow including news bulletins, development films and product information.
Among the latest videos to be uploaded onto the site are films of the three new show homes at Dibbin Brook at Woodlands Grange, Bromborough.
Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), commented: “Research with consumer focus groups tells us that show homes are an essential part of the home buying process, but increasingly purchasers research the local housing market online before viewing a property. With that in mind our online television channel Redrow.TV enables customers to experience all that a Redrow home has to offer with show home videos and development films of the surrounding area.
“It means that potential purchasers can ‘see’ inside the show homes at Dibbin Brook any time of day or night from the comfort of their home, office or wherever they access the internet.”
By logging onto Redrow.TV and watching the video footage, house hunters can see what Redrow’s New Heritage Collection has to offer – and hopefully be inspired to visit Dibbin Brook and experience the homes fully.
Current availability includes a selection of three and four-bedroom properties, with prices from £223,995.
With traditional exteriors, inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movement, and stylish interiors designed to meet the demands of 21st century family living the homes combine the best of and new.
“The New Heritage Collection enables homebuyers to enjoy the charm and the character of an older ‘period’ property, but without any of the drawbacks. All Redrow homes feature fashionable kitchens with the convenience of integrated appliances and floor to ceiling units offering plenty of storage space, plus sleek bathrooms boasting quality fixtures and fittings,” Elaine explained.
New-build homes tend to be more energy efficient than their older second hand counterparts, which means homeowners could save money on their utility bills. And because everything’s brand new they won’t be inheriting someone else’s decor or DIY disasters, but will enjoy the peace of mind of a 10-year ‘Buildmark’ warranty.
The location of the development means residents couldn’t be in a better position. Set back from the A41 New Chester Road, it boasts excellent commuter links yet enjoys a sense of tranquillity with woodland and a nature reserve nearby.
Close to major motorway networks and with a train station just a mile away, it’s a good base for commuting to Liverpool city centre and beyond.
To experience the New Heritage Collection for yourself, head along to the show homes, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
