Setting up home is easier with Redrow in Scotland

Setting up home is now even easier thanks to award-winning Redrow.
Not only can purchasers snap up a brand new home for a fraction of the cost – it can also be fully furnished when they move in.
Redrow’s ‘easi:buy’ deferred payment scheme is available at selected developments across central Scotland and can be combined with a special furniture pack on certain properties.
This money saving incentive is available in Edinburgh, Dalkeith, Prestonpans and Dunfermline in the east of the country and at Braehead, near Glasgow, in the west.
Mary McHutchison, sales manager for Redrow Home (Scotland), commented: “According to the property website Rightmove more than a quarter of first time buyers hope to purchase their own home in the next 12 months, but with the help of our ‘easi:buy’ scheme they could be making their first step on the property ladder sooner than they thought.”
With ‘easi:buy’ customers can put off paying between 15 and 25% of the purchase price of a brand new home for up to 10 years. For example a two-bedroom apartment at Redrow’s Optima development in Edinburgh, on the market at £120,000, could be snapped up for an initial outlay of just £96,000.
The ‘easi:buy’ payment is subject to terms and conditions and the deferred element is paid back at market value at the time of payment.
“Setting up home for the first time can be expensive – not only do new home owners need to invest cash in buying a home of their own, but many won’t have any furniture and so will have to find additional funds,” Mary added.
“At Redrow we want to make the transition to home ownership as simple as possible for our customers and, with that in mind, we’re offering to help save them time and money by including an ‘everything you need’ furniture package in the price of selected new homes.”
The furniture package includes all of the essentials from leather sofas and a double bed with mattress to a 72 piece kitchen kit, duvet and even an ironing board.
Redrow’s ‘easi:buy’ incentive is also available on selected apartments and two-bedroom homes at Riverside Point in Braehead (up to 25% deferred payment); two-bedroom apartments at Middlebank Rise in Dunfermline (20% deferred payment); two and three-bedroom apartments at Route1 West in Glasgow (20% deferred payment); two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom homes at The Potteries in Prestonpans (20% deferred payment); and two-bedroom homes Pear Tree Park in Dalkeith (15% deferred payment).
