Homehunters can snap up a new three-bedroom house in Leicestershire for under £105,000, as Stamford Homes take away the hassle and cost of moving.

The award-winning new homes builder is offering an even a better way to save money on a new dream home, thanks to a shared equity scheme that no longer charges interest on the loan element.

Through the EasyStart incentive, a three-bedroom home at the Ashby Heights development in Coalville will cost just £104,996 – with a number of new homes ready to move into now.

EasyStart is a simple solution to buying 100 per cent of your ideal home at just 75 per cent of the asking price.

Customers can reserve the home of their choice, ensuring that legal completion is within the specified timescale, and Stamford Homes will pay the remaining 25 per cent by means of an interest free loan for up to 10 years.

Stamford Homes’ marketing manager Juliana Russell said: “This is fantastic news for our customers. EasyStart at 75 / 25 is a unique incentive for Coalville and without interest being charged, this will be hard to beat in terms of value.æ

Prices at the Ashby Heights development, located close to the town centre, have been substantially reduced – with six homes being reserved in the last month.

Homehunters can choose from a selection of styles, including three-bedroom three storey townhouses and four-bedroom detached homes.

The showhome and sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5pm.
