Santander current account switching offer ends soon

Current account holders are being urged to take advantage of the market leading £100 cash gift and 5 per cent credit interest from Santander before the offer ends on Sunday 12 December 2010.

The £100 offer is available to people who switch their main current account to one of Santander's current accounts, including the Zero, Preferred In-Credit Rate, Reward, and Premium accounts.

Gillian Almond, Head of Current Accounts for Santander, commented: "Only 7 per cent of people in the UK have switched their current account in the past year, which means the overwhelming majority of account holders are potentially missing out on great benefits by not shopping around.
