Homebuyers in St Helen's get help to upgrade

30th November 2010 Print

Housebuilder Morris’ part-exchange scheme is proving popular with St Helens homebuyers looking to upgrade to a larger property.

The sales team has seen people flocking to the exclusive Waterside Village development, off Lowfield Lane, from buyers wanting to move into a more spacious property using the handy part-exchange scheme.

Homeowners who take advantage of the scheme won’t have the hassle of trying to sell their existing property as Morris will buy their home for 100 per cent of its value, removing any estate agency fees and the dreaded property chain.

Chris Minshall, regional sales director for Morris, said “The part exchange scheme is perfect for growing families who need that extra space but are worried about selling their current property.

“Morris will do the hard work for you and arrange for an independent professional valuation within seven days. If your house on the development is ready to move into, you could be settled in your new home within a month.

Morris are also currently offering a range of tailor-made schemes, including fitted flooring throughout and blinds or curtains, on selected properties at the development.

Morris’ part-exchange scheme is currently available on selected three and four bedroom family homes at Waterside Village starting from just £159,750.

For more information on Waterside Village, please visit the sales office (open daily between 10:30am and 5:30pm) off Lowfield Lane, St Helens, WA9 5BE.
