Santa's Sleigh is steering towards Flookburgh

Santa Claus has set his Sleigh Nav for LA11 7LS and will soon have his reindeer steering a course for Ducky's Park Farm, at Flookburgh, in the South Lakes.
Santa will be saying hello to the loveable animals at the park, before settling down to greet all of the excited children arriving at his grotto on December 11 and 12 and then between December 18 and 23.
Santa will have a gift for all of the children who want to tell him what they would like him to bring on Christmas Eve and will be finding out if they have been good children during 2010.
As well as meeting Santa, children will be able to have fun in the extensive and warm indoor play area at Ducky's, which has two age tiers for the 0-2 year olds and the 3-12 year olds. They can also meet the animals for one of the last occasions before February 2011, when the attraction re-opens after a winter break.
Families will be able to wish firm family favourites, Lugs the goat and Bert the Duck, a merry Christmas, as well as giving their best wishes to creatures as different as the very friendly donkeys and the kune kune pigs and as interesting as the raccoon dogs and the capybara.
All activities will be subject to weather conditions, but if snow accompanies Santa's arrival, it will make for an idyllic day out.
Tickets for entry and the Santa experience cost £6.50 for children, including gift, whilst adults enter for free. Refreshments and home cooked food will be available in Daffy's Diner and Dilly's Bar will be open for those wanting a stronger tipple.
