Toyota Verso TR drives on to 2007

Toyota Verso TR Toyota is extending availability of its special Verso TR model through to spring next year, reflecting the popularity enjoyed by this high value, high specification version of the seven-seat compact MPV.

The TR builds on the regular Verso T3 specification with additional 16-inch Sequoia alloy wheels, Bluetooth connectivity, darkened rear privacy glass, a six-disc CD multichanger, metallic paint and extra chrome trim detailing.

These features add to an equipment list that includes Toyota’s Easy Flat folding system for the five rear seats, trip computer, electric windows and (heated) door mirrors, cruise control, rain-sensing wipers, digital climate control air conditioning, auto-dimming rear view mirror, height-adjustable front seats, front fog lights and leather-trimmed steering wheel and gear knob.

The TR is available with Toyota’s 1.8-litre VVT-i petrol engine and 2.2-litre D-4D 140 common rail diesel unit. On-the-road prices start at £16,765 for the 1.8 VVT-i model with manual transmission.
