Families are moving on up in Melton
Housebuilder Morris has launched a scheme for homebuyers in Melton Mowbray that promises a house in less than seven days for families wanting to upgrade.
Morris, the housebuilder behind St Mary’s Park development, on The Crescent, is helping to speed up the moving process by offering a part exchange scheme to families wanting to upgrade to a larger home.
The popular scheme – which allows homeowners to sell their existing property directly to the housebuilder and guarantees them a buyer – is currently available on a range of three and four bedroom properties at the St Marys Park development.
Cindy Vials, regional sales director for Morris, said “In the current market, our part exchange scheme offers homebuyers an easy way to climb the property ladder and upgrade to a larger home without the risk of having your existing home on the market for months.
“We will arrange for an independent professional valuation of your current home and give you an offer based on this market price within one week. The scheme also means that buyers do not have to pay estate agency fees and avoid the dreaded property chain.”
The housebuilder is also offering a Chain Breaker scheme for people who are being held-up by a slow property chain. Morris may be able to buy one of the homes in your property chain to maintain the flow and get everything moving again.
Morris currently has a range of three and four bedroom homes available under the part exchange scheme at St Mary’s Park starting from just £209,750.
