Youngsters offered chance of starring role at UEFA Cup Final The dreams of 22 young football fans will be coming true at the UEFA Cup Final, thanks to Toyota.

The winners of Toyota’s national prize draw will have the chance to put a child forward to be one of the mascots at the match, to be held at Hampden Park in Glasgow on 16 May.

The promotion celebrates a new partnership between Toyota Motor Europe (TME) and UEFA, European football’s governing body, to support the cup finals for the next three years. The event will be hosted in the UK again in 2008, at Manchester City’s stadium.

Toyota is launching a major advertising and promotional campaign in the lead-up to the big game, with a special focus on new Auris.

The international football mascot prize also includes a pair of adult tickets to the game and hospitality.

Another separate prize in the draw is the “ultimate home supporters kit” package, which includes a state-of-the-art 42-inch TV, satellite receiver and digital sports package subscription, a host of merchandise from the winner’s favourite team and £1,500 of new furniture to ensure viewing in absolute comfort.

The draw will be hosted exclusively by Toyota’s national network of Centres. To take part, entrants need only to register their details with their local Toyota Centre during April. More information can be obtained by visiting toyota.co.uk/football, or calling 0870 275 555. Eligibility and the prizes offered are subject to terms and conditions, details of which can be obtained from the web site and contact number quoted above.
