With just three properties yet to be sold, buyers in Leicester have given new Crest Nicholson homes at The Pines in Humberstone their seal of approval.

Set in leafy surroundings in one of Leicester’s most popular suburbs with a selection of schools nearby, The Pines is an exclusive gated development of just 20 homes.

The remaining three homes are all five-bedroom Brockwell style properties, on the market from £334,995.

Amanda Benjamin, sales manager for Crest Nicholson, commented: “We’ve seen phenomenal sales success at The Pines, which is testament to the reputation we have in the area for building premium quality homes. The large and luxurious properties are the perfect choice for those who want to upsize and with the offer of part-exchange customers may not have to worry about selling their current home on the open market.”

With part-exchange purchasers can enjoy a streamlined transaction, with professional support throughout.

“Once you’ve selected your preferred property, we’ll arrange for your existing home to be valued and offer you a fair price for it,” Amanda explained.

“With part-exchange, moving day won’t be delayed because of complicated chains and you won’t have to pay any agents’ fees.”

Alternatively, Crest may be able to assist in other ways. For example they may be able to pay your stamp duty or fit carpets throughout your new home, saving you time and money.

Designed over three floors, the Brockwell is a prime example of how three storey town houses, which were popular in the Victorian era, are perfectly suited to modern family living.

The large lounge offers plenty of space for families to relax together and with the dining room opening out onto the garden, meals can easily be given an alfresco feel without even having to venture outside.

On the first floor you will find the family bathroom and four bedrooms. Bedroom two, is up on the top floor, and enjoys the luxury of an en-suite; while the master bedroom has an added touch of glamour as not only does it boast an en-suite but also features a walk in wardrobe.

Those who perhaps don’t need four bedrooms, could adapt one as a home office, playroom for young children or a TV and games room for teenagers.

“Time is running out for house hunters hoping to call The Pines ‘home’ and I would urge anyone who is serious about putting down roots in this part of Leicester to speak to our sales team. They will be able to talk you through the incentives we can offer and guide you through the home buying process, making your transition to a brand new home as smooth as possible,” Amanda added.
