Inside Out Children's Nursery expands due to local demand

The Inside Out Children's Nursery on the outskirts of Leamington Spa, will soon be able to offer places to twenty more children. The nursery is situated in the idyllic village of Bubbenhall and provides day-care for children from four months to five years.

Inside Out is owned by Geoff Lipscombe and Natalie Holt who bought the property, a 150 year old village school, three years ago and converted it into a nursery. The nursery has become so popular with the local community that Geoff and Natalie have decided to expand. Their plans include a new extension on the existing building and an extended decking area outside. Lending for the project has been provided by a six figure sum commercial mortgage from Santander Business Banking.

The improvements have now commenced and Geoff hopes all the work will be done by March. In the meantime, its business as usual for the Inside Out Children's Nursery.
