Taylor Wimpey’s Easy Start scheme means selected properties at its Iconia development of apartments for sale in Bromley can be secured by first-time buyers from only £150,446*.

Aspiring homeowners in search of new homes in Bromley can step onto the property ladder for less thanks to a fabulous Taylor Wimpey scheme to help first-time buyers.

A selection of apartments at the leading home-builder’s Iconia development of property for sale in Bromley are now available with Easy Start, a superb shared equity scheme from Taylor Wimpey which lets qualifying buyers own a brand new home now for as little as 85% of the full purchase price.
