Skoda UK teams up with Rallye Sunseeker

Skoda UK will continue its support of British rallying when it becomes the Official Vehicle Partner to Rallye Sunseeker (February 25-26), the opening round of the 2011 Dulux Trade MSA British Rally Championship.

The highly popular Southern Car Club-organised event takes place in the forests near Bournemouth and Poole, and over the last 25 years has grown into one of the best loved and keenly contested events in the national rally calendar.

The relationship between Skoda UK and Southern Car Club began at the 2010 Goodwood Festival of Speed, where Southern Car Club runs the Forest Rally Stage and where Skoda UK Motorsport demonstrated its Fabia S2000, driven by Freddy Loix. Skoda UK will supply the Club with four-wheel drive vehicles – namely Yeti, Octavia Scout, Superb Hatch and Superb Estate – for officials to use during Rallye Sunseeker.
