Under the Easy Start shared equity scheme, selected homes can be purchased by qualifying first-time buyers for just 85% of the full price. Subject to status, a deposit of only 5% may be all that’s required, while Taylor Wimpey provides 15% equity as an interest-free loan, repayable over 10 years at the market value of the property.

Alternatively, the Deposit Match incentive sees Taylor Wimpey double purchasers’ deposits on selected properties, with an interest-free 10-year loan up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price.
