Part exchange makes a dream come true in Shobdon
For many losing out on their dream home can be heartbreaking, but for one couple it turned out to be a blessing in disguise – with the help of Taylor Wimpey Midland’s Part Exchange* scheme.

“Given the difficulty of selling our house in Wales, Jaki suggested part exchange as a possible solution, introducing us to the company’s part exchange manager Julie Zivkovic, who managed the process. Taylor Wimpey became our cash buyer and by using the scheme we were actually able to buy a larger house. The layout of our new home is perfect: we have plenty of space for friends and family to visit, and still have room for a home-gym!”
Val and Andy are now settled in their five bedroom Frampton style property and are enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the Herefordshire countryside.
