Easystart for first time buyers in Wrexham

The housebuilder’s Easystart shared equity scheme means a three bedroom family home at the Mountain View development in Wrexham is priced from just £127,495, instead of £149,995.
Easystart allows the buyer to own 100% of their home for just 85% of the price, with only a small 5% deposit needed.
