Olympus VG-130 compact camera

Available in an array of colours, the new Olympus VG-130 compact offers great value, good looks and is packed full of the latest technology for high quality, crisp and clear images and movies.

Easy to use, the 14 Megapixel camera benefits from a 5x wide optical zoom for effortless close-ups and wide-angle shots and all the versatility of a wide 26-130mm* lens packed into an extremely slim body, the full-metal bodied VG-130 is just 19.3cm deep. An instant Movie Record Button makes it easy to capture 720p High Definition quality movies, which can be framed and played back on the large and bright three-inch 230,400-dot LCD screen.

The camera also benefits from an array of automatic technologies to help you take superb images and videos, including Advanced Face Detection and Shadow Adjustment for capturing people's faces just as you want them. Intelligent Auto mode (i-Auto) automatically identifies the most commonly shot scenes and adjusts the settings accordingly for great looking photos and movies and AF Tracking and Digital Image Stabilisation help to reduce blurred images, even when subjects are on the move. Users can also get artistic with seven Magic Filters, including the new Sparkle filter, which adds twinkling lights to objects.

The Olympus VG-130 also has an in-camera manual, built in flash and can be charged via USB for ease of use.

Available from mid January the Olympus VG-130 is available in silver, black, red and pink, £100.
