Augustus Park hosts MiSwap Weekend

Homeowners looking to move into the new house of their dreams are invited to a special weekend at one of Leicestershire’s most popular developments to see how they could, quite literally, swap their existing property.

Miller Homes East Midlands is showcasing its MiSwap initiative at the event being held on Saturday (April 2) and Sunday (April 3) at the exclusive Augustus Park site at Enderby.

Augustus Park currently has available for sale three, four, and five bedroom homes, with prices ranging between £168,950 and £298,950. Particular highlights include the imposing, five-bedroom, detached London-style home and The Auden, a stylish three-bedroom townhouse.

Taking the stress out of moving house, the MiSwap Home Exchange scheme means that people who qualify could swap their old homes for a brand new one, whether they are upsizing, downsizing or just looking for a like-for-like swap.
