First-time buyers hoping to purchase new properties in Grantham can take advantage of great deals at Taylor Wimpey’s stunning Isaac’s Place development.

Selected new homes for sale in Grantham come with fabulous Taylor Wimpey incentives – putting home ownership within reach for qualifying first-time buyers who otherwise would have to save for years to afford a large enough deposit.

With Taylor Wimpey’s amazing Easy Start initiative, purchasers can secure their dream home at Isaac’s Place for just 85% of the purchase price – that’s as little as £93,495* for a new two-bedroom flat for sale in Grantham!

All they require to own their new flats and houses in Grantham is a deposit of as little as 5%, subject to status, and Taylor Wimpey’s appointed independent financial adviser will help arrange a mortgage for 80% of the price. The remaining 15% comes in the form of an equity loan from the housebuilder, repayable in up to three instalments over ten years, at the market value of the property when payments are made.

Alternatively, first-time buyers in Grantham can take advantage of Take5*, a fabulous 95% mortgage deal on selected two-bedroom properties at Isaacs Place, which is being offered in association with Melton Mowbray Building Society.

With Take5, qualifying purchasers only require a 5% deposit – that’s as little as £5,499 – and can benefit from a low interest rate of 5.49% fixed until 30th April 2013.

Kelly French, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, said: “First-time buyers who think they would struggle to buy the new homes for sale in Grantham should think again – because they may well be able to afford more than they thought possible at Isaac’s Place.

“We have some superb incentives available on selected plots to give people a helping hand to own their first home – and I would advise anyone hoping to take advantage of these great deals to contact us without delay to avoid missing out.”

The delightful two-bedroom ‘Penarth’ terraced house is available with the choice of the Easy Start or Take5 initiatives, and features a spacious lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden. A separate contemporary kitchen and a handy guest cloakroom are also located off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to two well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from allocated parking.

Like all new homes at Isaac’s Place, the ‘Penarth’ is completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Isaac’s Place boasts the tranquillity and breathing space of prime rural Lincolnshire – yet is located just a mile from the huge selection of local facilities in Grantham town centre, including a variety of high street and independent stores.

For leisure time, the town offers an independent cinema, leisure centre with swimming pool, arts centre, theatre and a library, in addition to a wide choice of restaurants, public houses and take away food outlets.

Grantham is also home to health services and schools catering for children of all ages, including Kesteven and Grantham Girls’ School and The King’s Grammar School, notable for educating past pupils Margaret Thatcher and Sir Isaac Newton, respectively. Grantham Preparatory School and Walton Girls High School are both under a mile from Isaac’s Place.

Closer still, a choice of pubs, a newsagent and a fish and chip restaurant are within walking distance of the new homes.

Commuters will appreciate that the development is conveniently located for the region’s major transport routes, with the A1 just over a mile away, while the town’s rail station offers direct services to London in just 70 minutes.

First-time buyers hoping to secure their dream new homes in Grantham should visit at Isaac’s Place Sales Centre, in Caunt Road, signposted off Springfield Road, Grantham, and open seven days a week from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
