Easter treats await househunters at Purbeck Gate

Buyers on the hunt for a stylish new home at Barratt’s Purbeck Gate will get much more than they bargained for when they visit the popular site on Saturday 23 April.

The development, situated in the village of Wool, is hosting a special Easter event. And anyone with a sweet tooth will have plenty of delicious treats to tempt them whilst they view the impressive selection of three bedroom homes on offer.

“Many of our buyers are families seeking new homes with plenty of space,” said Barratt senior sales manager, Zak Long. “So we thought it would be a great opportunity to host a special Easter egg hunt for anyone visiting us. And there will be face painters standing by to keep the children occupied too.

“The team here is very much looking forward to what promises to be a very enjoyable day here at Purbeck Gate. And I am sure they will be joining in the fun to hunt for chocolaty treats whenever the opportunity arises.”

Current availability at Purbeck Gate includes the three bedroom Maidstone design, priced from £207,000. And the Moreton, also with three bedrooms, is priced from £249,995.

Purbeck Gate is located in the tranquil village of Wool on the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset.

Wool itself lies approximately six miles from the Saxon town of Wareham and 12 miles from the town of Dorchester. The seaside town of Weymouth, 14 miles away, will host sailing events for the 2012 Olympics.

For further information call Purbeck Gate, open from 11am to 6pm Thursday to Monday.
