Homebuyers in Nottinghamshire have given new Redrow properties their seal of approval, snapping up an average of four homes a month.

Key to the award-winning housebuilder’s success at Mill Hill in Bingham is the good mix of house styles, the quality of the finish and the range of incentives that can be tailored to a customer’s individual needs.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), commented: “The homes at Mill Hill are proving popular with a whole host of buyers with a steady sales rate of one a week. Now that spring has sprung we have seen a renewed level of interest from house hunters, which has been reflected in an upsurge in sales with three homes sold in just one week. It’s testament to the pride we take in ensuring all of the properties we build are finished to our exacting high standards.”

Current availability at Mill Hill includes three, four and five-bedroom homes in a choice of styles. Prices range from £164,995 to £339,950.

“At Redrow we want to make moving home as simple, straight forward and enjoyable as possible. We don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’ either in the finishes available in our properties or in the incentives we offer our customers,” Pauline explained.

“Purchasers can choose everything from the style of kitchen to the bathroom tiles and even the light switches. If you’re a first time buyer we may be able to help with a 5% gifted contribution towards your deposit or if you’re moving up the property ladder you could find that we’re willing to take your old home off your hands as part payment for a brand new one.”

Two show homes are open daily for viewing, enabling potential purchaser to appreciate the layout and experience the quality and finish of the properties.

“House hunters have been impressed by the high quality of our homes and pleasantly surprised at what we include as standard, as our specification unrivalled among most of our housebuilder peers and is generally streets ahead of what’s available on the second hand market,” Pauline added.

“Kitchens enjoy the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances, including ovens, microwaves and fridge freezers, plus under lighting; while the soft closing tall units and extra wide drawers offer plenty of storage. If you were to install one of our top quality kitchens in an older property it would set you back around £6,000, and you would have the inconvenience of not being able to use the kitchen while the work was carried out.”
