Sales success for Weston Homes

Last September Housebuilder of the Year Weston Homes launched four new developments in prime locations in the Home Counties. Six months later, all are enjoying excellent sales despite patchy conditions in the housing market.

While the four developments, Canon Court, Pembrook Place, Swale Park and The Grove, each have their own individual character, all boast the trademark Weston combination of high specification finishes, value for money pricing and locations that offer excellent local amenities close to excellent transport and commuter links.

Canon Court
The combination of 21st century urban chic in a landmark town centre building within 30 minutes’ commute of central London has proved popular in Wallington, Surrey. Over 50% of the 174 contemporary one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses in these former offices close to the train station had been sold within six months of the initial launch.

Pembrook Place
A seaside location only a minute’s walk from the beach in Westcliffe on Sea, with glorious views over the Thames estuary and close to the excellent entertainment, shopping and leisure facilities of this popular historic town, means that most of this development of 21 luxury apartments has now been sold. Only two, two bedroom apartments are now available.

The Grove
The combination of an easy commute to central London and the charms of the historic North Hertfordshire market town of Baldock mean that over half of this small development of 14 high specification two bedroom apartments in a quiet residential area of the town, close to the train station have been sold. Six apartments are still available.

Swale Park
Swale Park has brought modern, stylish houses and apartments to the chic and fashionable coastal town of Whitstable, Kent. Demand for three bedroom houses has been particularly high leading to the early release of another 14 houses this Spring to add to the initial phase one release of 24 two and three bedroom houses and 25 one and two bedroom apartments. Only 8 houses are now available at Swale Park which will comprise 236 homes in total when fully complete.
