Family Easter fun at Touchwood

This Easter Touchwood is teaming up with Thinktank, Birmingham’s popular science museum, to offer free entertainment for kids.

Those who come along to the Map Room on Wednesday 13th and Wednesday 20th April, between 10am and 4pm, will be invited to enjoy a series of free interactive science demonstrations, including science busking and handling collections.

During the science busking sessions kids can participate in a selection of engaging demonstrations, covering everything from optical illusions to tricks with magnets.

What’s more, Thinktank will also have a number of handling collections on display, including its Sensational Sea Life Safari. This extensive collection is highly sensory and features items such as shark’s jaws, starfish, shells and crabs to help encourage younger guests to explore different forms of sea life.
