Rolls-Royce opens new showroom in Kiev

7th December 2007 Print
An expanded Rolls-Royce showroom was officially opened today in Ukraine by Graeme Grieve, the Sales and Marketing Director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. The occasion was marked by the unveiling of the new Phantom Drophead Coupé, the latest addition to the Rolls-Royce model range which was making its Ukrainian debut.

Dr Olexander Tymofyeyev, General Manager of the authorised dealer AWT Bavaria, said, “We have invested in new premises for the Rolls-Royce business so that we are fully prepared for further new models and continuous growth over the coming years. We have seen strong customer interest in the Phantom Drophead Coupé already and we look forward to the start of deliveries very soon.”

Graeme Grieve said, “The new facilities reflect the growing importance of the East European region to the continued development of Rolls-Royce. AWT Bavaria is now perfectly positioned to provide a true Rolls-Royce service for our clientele in Ukraine, building on their many years of experience in the luxury car segment.”

Rolls-Royce now has a three-model line-up, as the new Drophead Coupé joins the Phantom and Phantom Extended Wheelbase. The Phantom remains the best-selling super luxury car in the world, with sales in 2007 reaching new heights.

A coupé as an additional member of the Phantom family was recently confirmed for 2008. A new smaller Rolls-Royce model, priced slightly below the Phantom, will be launched around the turn of the decade.
