People looking for a new home in Nottinghamshire could find that making their next move is easier than they expected thanks to Redrow.

The award-winning housebuilder has a range of family homes available at its Mill Hill venture in Bingham. And with part-exchange considered buyers may be able to use their old home to part fund the move.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), commented: “Easy to manage and efficient to run our new homes are designed to meet the demands of busy 21st century family living. The homes at Mill Hill boast an interior specification that’s streets ahead of most of our house building peers and certainly one that’s unlikely to be found in a second-hand property without it undergoing extensive renovation. In fact we’ve undertaken research which shows it could cost up to £30,000 to bring an older, three-bedroom property up to the same high standard of one of our beautiful brand new homes.”

Current availability at Mill Hill includes three, four and five-bedroom homes in a choice of styles, with prices from £154,995 to £339,950.

Those with property to sell may find that Redrow is willing to take it off their hands as part-payment for a brand new home. With part-exchange customers won’t have to worry about finding a buyer for their old home, but will be able to enjoy a hassle free move up the property ladder without getting caught in a complicated chain and with no estate agents’ fees to pay.

New Redrow homes at Mill Hill all boast kitchens that are both practical and stylish with the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances, plus floor to ceiling units that offer plenty of storage. Bathrooms and en-suites are sleek and modern, with quality fixtures and fittings plus an exclusive tile range.

“There’s something special about being the very first people to eat, sleep and bathe in a property and many of our customers simply love the fact that no one else has ever lived in their new home,” Pauline said.

“Buying a brand new home means you won’t wonder about the previous owner’s lifestyle or inherit their decor and DIY disasters. Instead you can enjoy putting your own stamp on the property from day one choosing everything from the finish of the kitchens units to the bathroom tiles and even the light switches.”

The homes at Mill Hill are designed to maximise efficiency and minimise waste, with central heating and double glazing included as standard. It means they should be cheaper to run than their older, second hand counterparts.

Two show homes at Mill Hill in Mallow Way, Bingham, are open daily for viewing.
