Interior design guru Linda Barker to launch Howden development
Linden Homes is gearing up for a truly stylish celebrity show home launch at its new development in the East Riding town of Howden.
Interior design guru and TV presenter Linda Barker will be joining the crowds eager to take a peep around the stunning King Edgar’s Court four-bedroom show home during the weekend of May 7/8.
Famous for working her interior design magic on the popular BBC Changing Rooms series and her current show Sixty Minute Makeover, Linda will be joining Linden Homes as the developer’s special guest on Saturday May 7.
Linden will be casting her eye over the show home during her appearance at the development from 11.30am until 1.30pm – and will also be sharing her design secrets with visitors during a special presentation.
Linden Homes’ connections and marketing manager Gizzy Murray said: “This is a double celebration for us – a highly-anticipated show home opening at one of our newest developments, coupled with such a fabulous guest as Linda Barker officially launching it for us.

The first two-bedroom homes have been reserved at the development, where customers have taken the advantage buying their dream from off plan.
The development will boast 54 two, three and four-bedroom homes with the first due for completion this summer.
Prices currently range from £139,950 for a two-bedroom mid terrace home to £219,950 for a three-bedroom detached.
King Edgar’s Court marks the latest in a series of new developments planned for the East Yorkshire area – predominately close to York and Hull - as part of Linden Homes’ long-term expansion project.
The homes will be built within the shadows of the 18th century St Peter and St Paul Minster Church, one of the many local landmarks.
