Raising the Pulse of the Capital

Fairview New Homes has launched the much-anticipated new apartments at, Pulse, in Colindale, North West London, and they already selling fast. The studio, one and two-bedroom apartments are part of the multi-million pound regeneration of Colindale and the wider area.

The new homes are situated on the site of the old Victorian Colindale Hospital and some of the development still retains the original listed façade. On site there is 12.85 acres of green outdoor space and a central plaza with restaurants, shops and cafes.
