Buy a new home in Stoke - before it's too late

The final homes are now available at Redrow’s Water’s Edge venture in Stoke.

Time is running out for house hunters hoping to snap up a brand new home in Stoke on Trent.

With fewer than 10 homes now available at Redrow’s Water’s Edge development in Hanley, buyers must act fast to avoid disappointment.

Prices start from as little as £72,995 for a one-bedroom apartment and customers can use Redrow’s ‘easi:buy’ scheme to defer 15% of the cost, meaning they could snap up a new home for an initial outlay of just £62,046.

Family homes are available from £159,995 and those who have an existing property to sell may be able to use it to part-fund the move through part-exchange.

“At Redrow we don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach, either in the properties we build or in the incentives we offer,” Elaine explained.

“For example ‘easi:buy’ is a great way for those starting out in life to step onto the property ladder as it reduces the initial outlay and, therefore, the amount they need to borrow and the size of deposit required; while those who are moving up the property ladder may appreciate the speed and simplicity of part-exchange, where we effectively act as a cash buyer for their existing home.

“Our friendly, experienced sales team will guide customers through the home buying process, making it as simple and straight forward as possible, but would-be home owners should act fast to avoid disappointment.”

The final properties at Water’s Edge are all ‘build-complete’ and waiting for the finishing touches that help turn a house into a home.

Kitchens in the homes at Water’s Edge enjoy the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances, while the bathrooms boast quality fixtures and fittings. Well insulated with double glazing and central heating as standard, they’re easy to manage and efficient to run.

Water’s Edge enjoys a canalside location with easy access to Hanley town centre and commuter links via the M6 and A500.
