Redrow has released the ‘Warwick’ show home at Cressington Heath for sale.

If you’ve got designs on living in a ready-made new home in South Liverpool, then now’s your chance as there’s a professionally styled show home for sale at Cressington Heath.

Redrow’s three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ has been dressed to impress by a team of professional interior designers. Decorated throughout and with carpets, curtain and light fittings included, it’s available at £224,995.

Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire) commented: “Research with customer focus groups tells us that homebuyers take inspiration from show homes and that many try to replicate the looks created by our expert designers. Here they can get the show home look without lifting a finger. There’s even the chance to purchase the furniture, which means one lucky buyer won’t have to worry about matching their belongings with the decor or arranging removals.

“Cressington Heath was one of the first places to feature designs from our New Heritage Collection and now that we’re nearing the end of this popular venture we’re releasing the ‘Warwick’ show home for sale.”

Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts era, Redrow’s New Heritage Collection homes look traditional from the outside; while inside they are bright and modern with stylish interiors designed to meet the demands of 21st century family living.

The ‘Warwick’ show home has been styled for a young family or professional couple with fashionable tastes. Shades of teal, raspberry and plum add extra warmth to the neutral backdrops throughout the property

“The ‘Warwick’ with its lap larch boarding and traditional bay window is a prime example of why this style of house has stood the test of time,” Christine explained.

“And while it looks very traditional outside, inside it’s full of family friendly features. The open plan kitchen and dining room is both practical and stylish with the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances, plus tall units and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage. Upstairs, the bathroom and en-suite to master bedroom enjoy quality fixtures and fittings, with an exclusive tile range.”

For those who want somewhere larger, there’s also the four-bedroom ‘Pembroke’, on the market at £236,995.

And with the estimated cost of bringing an older three-bedroom property up to the same high standard as a new Redrow home likely to add up to around £30,000, buyers could find that they save money in the long run.

“Our homes are streets ahead of our house building peers, let alone the second hand market. Buying a new home means you don’t have to worry about finding the extra cash for the repairs and renovations that an older property may need,” Christine added.

“Well insulated with double glazing and central heating included as standard our new homes are more energy efficient than their second hand counterparts. And buyers will also enjoy peace of mind knowing that their home is covered by a 10-year ‘Buildmark’ warranty and the appliances benefit from a two-year manufacturers’ warranty.”
