Saturday, 28th May will see the launch of what looks set to be Epsom’s most sought-after new address.

Taking shape in the grounds of the original Dame Annis House, a well-known Epsom landmark, Dame Annis Place comprises of three substantial 5 and 6 bedroom homes tucked away at the end of a private driveway and shaded by the dappled light cast by a mixture of mature deciduous trees. The result is a collection of properties that enjoys an air of tranquillity that belies its convenient location.

And these new homes in Epsom have a pedigree to match their exclusive location, having been built by award-winning developer Millgate Homes. Each of the imposing and individually appointed properties will feature generous accommodation finished to the outstanding specification for which Millgate Homes is renowned, as Sales Manager Stacey Mitchell explains:

“Dame Annis Place is a special new address – Epsom is a very desirable location and we’ve designed the homes to meet the aspirations of a most discerning purchaser profile. The accommodation is laid out over three floors and has been designed to offer both a huge open-plan and modern living space that encompasses kitchen, family room and breakfasting areas, in addition to separate, formal dining and drawing rooms, so there’s no compromise.

“These new homes in Epsom would be equally suited to families looking for a new home with room for everyone to both have their own space and enjoy ‘family time’, as well as couples who like entertaining on a grand scale.”

Thanks to excellent links to London and some very good schools in the area, both state and independent, and for children of all ages, Epsom is a popular choice for families. Indeed, it’s particularly attractive to those looking to move out of Kingston, Wimbledon and the London suburbs in search of a new lifestyle.

Commuters, meanwhile, will enjoy great links to London by both road and rail – Epsom station has regular services to London Waterloo in as little as 36 minutes*. Epsom itself, meanwhile, offers the perfect balance between town and country – its thriving centre hosts a number of boutique shops, bars and eateries while the surrounding open spaces of the Epsom Downs offer ample opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors.

The Show Home is set to open its doors to the public at 10am on Saturday, 28th May 2011 and will be open daily between 10am and 4pm from thereon.
