Enjoy a number of exciting family themed Sci-Fi activities at the Heritage Motor Centre from Saturday 28 May – Sunday 5 June.

Wander around the fascinating Sci-Fi at the Movies exhibition, complete with weaponry and costumes of favourite Sci-Fi superheroes and villains. Each day children can take part in quiz sheets and colouring activities, whilst on Thursday 2 June there will be special Sci-Fi themed craft activities in the Education Room from 11am - 3pm. Children can make items such as a Dr Who door hanger, Spiderman mask or even a Harry Potter wand! Normal museum admission prices apply and children can take home what they make.

The Miniature Roadway electric ride on cars will also be open daily during half term from 11am - 4pm. Suitable for 3 - 8 year olds, they are outside and therefore weather dependant. Enjoy a 20 minute taster session on the Land Rover Experience and enjoy the thrills and spills of off-road driving. These run daily with qualified instructors driving visitors around a challenging off-road course over rocky inclines, steep descents and some pretty impressive water sections. Stop Start under 17 Driving Sessions are great for bored teenagers and give them learner driving experiences for those aged 15+ in dual controlled vehicles. These must be pre booked by telephoning 01926 641188.
