An exclusive collection of brand new homes is now open to Norfolk property-seekers at Taylor Wimpey’s Symphony Gardens development of houses for sale in Attleborough.

Quick-off-the-mark house-hunters are being urged to act now if they want to take their pick from a selection of beautiful new homes at an exclusive new Taylor Wimpey development of property for sale in Norfolk.

Symphony Gardens is an impressive collection of just 20 beautiful two, three, four and five-bedroom properties to buy in Attleborough, Norfolk, offering all the advantages of traditional living in a peaceful and attractive market town within easy reach of the bustling city of Norwich.

It is the first development of houses for sale in Norfolk to feature Taylor Wimpey’s brand new collection of property designs, which has been specially created with assistance from real homebuyers to meet the demands of modern living.

Stacy Dornan, Associate Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, says: “Interest has been running high in this stunning development of property for sale in Attleborough since its launch at the end of May.

“Opportunities to own a high-quality, maintenance-free home in the heart of Norfolk’s famous countryside don’t come along very often, so I would urge house-hunters to pay a visit to this exceptional development of new homes in Attleborough as soon as they possibly can.”

Homes ready to reserve now at Symphony Gardens include three-bedroom semi-detached houses priced from only £164,995, four-bedroom detached homes from as little as £239,995 and five-bedroom detached houses from just £264,995.

The impressive four-bedroom detached ‘Shelford’, for example, is priced from only £239,995 and boasts a large open-plan kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a spacious lounge, a separate study/family room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a magnificent en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while a garage and parking can be found outside.

Selected homes at Symphony Gardens are available with Taylor Wimpey’s easymover scheme, which lets customers sit back and relax while the housebuilder finds a buyer for their existing property – usually in around four to six weeks and sometimes in as little as a fortnight.

Alternatively, the popular Part Exchange scheme is also available on selected plots at the development, which sees customers receive the market value of their existing property, based on the average of independent professional valuations, with the agreed sum deducted from the price of their brand new purchase. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Attleborough is a popular market town which boasts a wide range of independent shops catering for everyday needs, along with a variety of restaurants, bars, traditional pubs and cafes.

Parents will appreciate that schools for children of all ages are located in the town, while the A11 offers convenient access to a host of shopping, leisure and entertainment opportunities in Norwich, which is only 15 miles away.

The new homes are situated just over a mile from Attleborough railway station, which operates frequent direct services to Norwich in about 25 minutes, and to Cambridge in around an hour.

For relaxation, Symphony Gardens is situated just 15 miles from Thetford Forest Park – a great setting for walking, cycling, riding and picnics – while the world-famous Norfolk broads and miles of unspoilt coastline are also within easy reach.

To find out more about the new homes at Symphony Gardens, customers should visit the Sales Information Centre and two view homes, located off Teasel Road,
Attleborough, between 10am and 5pm, Thursday to Sunday, and Mondays from 1.30pm to 5pm.
