Miller Homes has only three properties left at its popular Fairview Gardens development in Norton and is urging house hunters to complete the community by offering a range of special closing incentives to seal the deal.

With 97% of the development sold, award winning house builder Miller Homes is encouraging potential buyers who are looking to live in a sought-after area, not to miss out on the last remaining few - that now come with unmissable last-chance-to-buy savings.

Miller Homes North East sales director Steve McElroy said: “There really is something for everyone at Fairview Gardens as we have a five, four and a three-bedroom home remaining. To encourage people to snap up these last three homes, we have launched last minute incentives such as free carpets, turf and accessories and our unique money-saving schemes are also available. Fairview Gardens is located in an aspirational area that people would be mad to miss out on. ”

The stunning five-bedroom, traditional two-story detached Jura house type with double integral garage is priced at £275,000 and includes a carpet package throughout and turf to rear garden.

The final four-bedroom, traditional two-story detached Stevenson with detached single garage, now comes with a full carpet package, turf to rear garden and integrated fridge freezer for only £249,000. These homes can also be purchased on Miller Homes’ exclusive home exchange scheme MiSwap.

MiSwap is a unique scheme, which allows buyers to swap their current home for one of Miller’s selected plots whether they are looking to upsize, downsize or swap like-for-like. No differentials required. Terms & Conditions apply.

The last three-bedroom semi-detached Gissing with single garage is now available at a discounted price of only £159,995 and is also available on Miller’s shared equity scheme MiWay, which means this home, could be bought for only £119,997 now. This home also comes with a carpet package and turf and fence to rear garden.

The Miway scheme enables buyers to pay for part of their home now (up to 75%) with the rest coming in the form of a low interest loan from Miller Homes. Lenders may require a minimum deposit.

Miller Homes also has homes available at its other Teesside development – Kingsmoor in Stockton on Tees. At Kingsmoor a two-bedroom, apartment at a reduced price of £79,950, means that househunters could only pay £45.53 per week.* All apartments include a carpet package, fridge freezer and washer dryer as standard.

Steve continued: “With rent prices rising, it may be more affordable than you think to buy your own home with Miller Homes. We have reduced the price on the apartments at Kingsmoor to really help people get moving, and with a weekly price of just over £45 a new home really can be within easy reach.”
