Redrow sales consultant proud to promote Liverpool homes
A long serving sales consultant has been chosen from hundreds of employees to become one of the faces of Redrow’s ‘Our Pride - Your Joy’ national advertising campaign.
Liverpool-based Redrow employee Linda Alger is among those fronting the housebuilder’s campaign, which uses real staff members instead of actors.
Customers are also helping to promote Redrow in advertising on television, in magazines and newspapers, as well as giant billboard posters and online promotional activity.
Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “Our employees and trades people are proud to provide quality homes to our customers so who better than them to be the face of Redrow.
“It’s quite a brave step to put your face to a national campaign so we’re grateful to Linda for being such a good sport.”
Linda explained: “I have been with Redrow for 20 years and was surprised and flattered to be asked to be in the ads because I’m one of the mature sales consultants. I just love to sell Redrow homes and it’s great to be able to promote them in this way. It does help when you are passionate about what you are selling and I think that’s come across well in the adverts.”
During her time with Redrow she has sold homes at seven different developments and spent the last two and a half years has been based at Cressington Heath near Garston in South Liverpool.
“A couple of customers have said they have seen my picture in the paper. We had a giggle and a laugh about it. I think the ‘Our Pride ~ Your Joy’ campaign is great because people can see that I am really the sales consultant here and not a model. It shows that I believe in the quality of the homes I am selling,” Linda added.
