Orbit HomeBuy Agents are holding a drop-in event in Newmarket on Wednesday 6th July to provide information and advice to aspiring buyers about how the range of ‘HomeBuy’ initiatives can help them to realise their dreams of home ownership.

HomeBuy is a range of government-funded initiatives designed to assist those who are struggling to buy a home on the open market and includes schemes such as HomeBuy Direct, HomeBuy Shared Ownership and the recently announced FirstBuy scheme which allows buyers to purchase a new home for a minimum of 80% of the market value, an equity loan of up to 20% is provided jointly by the house builder and the government which is interest free for the first 5 years.
