Homebuyers in Wirral can discover the easy way to make a move from old to new at a special event next weekend.

On Saturday and Sunday (July 9 and 10) Redrow will be holding a part-exchange master class at Dibbin Brook in Bromborough, teaching people just how quick and simple moving up the property ladder can be.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), explained: “Quality craftsmanship outside and in means that it’s easy to fall in love with our New Heritage Collection homes, but the size of the properties means that many visitors have a home of their own to sell and may be reluctant to make a commitment until they have secured a buyer.

“At our part-exchange event we’ll be explaining how we can often accept a customer’s existing property as part-payment for a beautiful brand new home at Dibbin Brook. It’s a quick and easy way to move.”

With Redrow effectively acting as a cash buyer for the customer’s old home, part-exchange means there’s no need to worry about complicated chain delays and no estate agent’s fees to pay.

Prices at Dibbin Brook start from £211,000 for a three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ style property, with four-bedroom designs available from £226,000.

Selected properties, including the four-bedroom ‘Chester’, on the market at £276,000, are almost ready to move into.

“One of the advantages that new build homes have over their second hand counterparts is that they won’t require lots of repairs and renovations before you can move in. Boasting high specification interiors as standard, our new homes are designed with modern family living in mind and feature top quality fixtures and fittings throughout,” Elaine commented.

New Redrow homes boast well equipped kitchens with integrated top brand name appliances including oven, microwave and fridge freezer, plus tall units and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage space. Installing the same standard kitchen in an older property could cost up to £6,000.

Situated off the A41, Dibbin Brook enjoys a prime location and is well placed for commuting to Liverpool, Chester and Manchester. There’s a wealth of local amenities nearby including the Croft retail park, yet the homes enjoy a sense of tranquility as a mature woodland has been retained as part of the development.

To find out how Redrow could help you move up the property ladder to a bigger, better, brand new home, visit Dibbin Brook this weekend (July 9 and 10).
