Pimms on the Patio at Boughton Hall

The terrace at Boughton Hall is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of summer Pimms

That quintessential English combination of Pimms and strawberries is being served on the patio at Boughton Hall to those interested in finding out more about the lifestyle on offer at the Chester retirement community.

In the hope of fine weather, guests are being invited to spend a summer’s afternoon on Saturday, 16th July meeting people who have already bought a new home at Boughton Hall. If the English weather prevents the use of the patio, guests will still be able to sample a taste of summer with Pimms being served in the award-winning retirement village’s bar and lounge between 2pm and 5pm.

Boughton Hall, in Filkins Lane, is a retirement community just a mile from Chester city centre. The clubhouse-style facilities, found in the oldest, most historic part of the Hall, are the perfect place to relax, meet with friends and enjoy a glass of something cool and refreshing. As an alternative venue, the grounds are perfect – and with a team of gardeners and maintenance staff, apartment owners have no concerns about mowing the lawn, weeding the beds or pruning the roses.

Apartments for sale will be open for viewing during the event and include a two bedroom first floor apartment priced at £380,000, and a one bedroom ground floor apartment priced at £225,000.
