This Saturday (9th July) visitors to Highlea Gardens in Bishop Auckland will be treated to a family fun day – with the chance to win £500 worth of holiday vouchers.

Visitors will also be treated to ice lollies, face paintings and giant games, as well the chance to take a look around the brand new Bisham and Denham show homes.

Everyone who visits the development and registers their interest will go into a draw to win holiday vouchers to the tune of £500.

Joan Peart, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North East, commented: “We’re really looking forward to this event – it’s the ideal time for prospective buyers to take a look around our new show homes while their children are occupied playing games and having their faces painted.”

The Bisham has a separate kitchen, large open plan lounge and dining area with French doors leading out on into a private garden, and cloakroom and built in store cupboard on the ground floor. The first floor has four bedrooms, the master with en-suite shower room, and the family bathroom. The Bisham is completed with an integral garage and private garden. Prices begin at £154,995.

The Denham has good-sized kitchen with space for a breakfast table, a separate dining room and separate lounge with French doors leading out into the private garden, and cloakroom and built in store cupboard on the ground floor. The first floor has a family bathroom, and three double and one single bedroom; the master bedroom having its own en suite shower room. Alternatively, you could use the smaller bedroom as a nursery or dedicated study. Prices start from £164,995.

The stunning Highlea Gardens development offers a range of superbly-appointed three and four-bedroom properties, from as little as £129,995.

Enjoying wonderful views of the Bishop Auckland countryside, the location is perfect for growing families and commuters needing easy transport links to the centres of Darlington and Durham.

As well as close proximity to a selection of good schools, the development has historic Auckland Castle, Bishop’s Deer Park on the doorstep and a host of well-used local shops and eateries nearby.

For further information about the event this weekend at Highlea Gardens, visit the development at Auckland Park, Bishop Auckland, which is open Thursday to Monday 10.00 to 5.00pm midweek and until 5.30pm at weekends.
