Homebuyers flock to reserve luxury Chiswick homes

Discerning homebuyers have flocked to reserve a luxury new apartment at a brand new development in the fashionable London suburb of Chiswick after Kebbell Homes launched Studio Place.

Such was the level of anticipation and excitement surrounding the launch of this exciting new gated community of 11 chic one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on Church Path and Beaumont Road, people queued all afternoon to be the first to reserve one of these very special homes. Three reservations were made on the opening evening alone.

Prices at Studio Place start from £359,950 for a one-bedroom apartment to £799,950 for a two-storey, three-bedroom apartment. All of the remaining homes benefit from a balcony or terrace and secure gated parking.
