Enderby estate agents attract top marks from industry watchdog

Estate agents Harrison Murray has swept with board when it comes to customer satisfaction – following an independent survey conducted by the industry watchdog.

The Enderby branch of Harrison Murray was selected at random by the Property Ombudsman to participate in the survey.

Customers were selected by the Ombudsman and questioned on a range of subjects; including the customer service they received by the Enderby team and Harrison Murray’s knowledge and understanding of the Ombudsman’s Code of Practice.

Harrison Murray scored 100 per cent on all aspects of the survey – including asking customers if they would recommend the estate agent to a friend.

Other highlights saw the estate agent gain 10/10 on:

- Professionalism
- Friendliness
- Helpfulness

Enderby branch manager Sara Quatermass said: “This is fantastic achievement for the team and Harrison Murray as a whole.

“These positive results have a great impact as Harrison Murray was chosen at random for the area, and we have no prior knowledge of the survey or the questions asked.

“The comments we received from customers as a result of the survey were outstanding and a credit to the team.”
