Special discounts for military personnel in Warrington

Military servicemen and women in Warrington are being offered a special incentive to help them get their feet on the property ladder, thanks to David Wilson Homes North West’s new FirstBuy initiative.

Under FirstBuy, all personnel employed by the army, navy or RAF with a household income of under £60,000, as well as those recently retired, could own 100 per cent of their own home for just 80 per cent of the price.
