Selected properties at Taylor Wimpey’s Blenheim Grange development of property for sale in Norfolk are available with the leading housebuilder’s special Armed Forces Discount.

Members of the Armed Forces are assured of a Heroes’ Welcome at Taylor Wimpey’s Blenheim Grange development of houses for sale in Norfolk.

The leading housebuilder is backing the Heroes Welcome in Watton initiative – and is offering its superb Armed Forces Discount to service personnel choosing selected plots at this stunning development of property for sale in Carbrooke, near Watton.

For every £25,000 servicemen or women spend on a brand new Norfolk property at Blenheim Grange, Taylor Wimpey will give a £500 discount, up to a maximum of £5,000.

The Heroes Welcome scheme has the backing of communities across Britain, and indicates to members of the armed forces that they will receive a warm welcome, special acknowledgement and perhaps a service upgrade or discount at organisations which display the Heroes Welcome logo.

Taylor Wimpey is one of the first businesses to be listed on the new Heroes Welcome website at heroeswelcome.co.uk.

Stacy Dornan, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are delighted to give our total support the Heroes Welcome in Watton initiative at our Blenheim Grange development of houses to buy in Norfolk, and show our appreciation for the courageous service given by members of the Armed Forces to this country.

“It’s fitting that in this area, with its long and proud association with the British Army and the RAF, our heroes can be assured of a special welcome home.”

Personnel from RAF Marham and the Light Dragoons at Swanton Morley, not far from the Taylor Wimpey development of new homes for sale in Carbrooke, have taken part in difficult and dangerous operations on behalf of Britain in Afghanistan and Iraq, while every soldier who goes on to serve in Afghanistan spends time at the nearby Stanford Training Area.

Indeed, the area’s links with the forces go back many years, as during the Second World War, the Royal Air Force and USAF were stationed at RAF Watton in Carbrooke.

A superb choice of new homes is currently available at Blenheim Grange, including stylish two-bedroom apartments priced from as little as £109,995, delightful two-bedroom terraced homes from only £115,995, spacious three-bedroom townhouses from just £143,995, and impressive four-bedroom detached houses from only £184,995.

Blenheim Grange enjoys a peaceful woodland location between the quiet village of Carbrooke and the attractive market town of Watton, which offers shops catering for everyday needs and a choice of nursery and primary schools.

For a wider choice of shopping and leisure, Thetford is only 15 miles from the development and the city of Norwich is less than 25 miles away by road.

To find out more about the Heroes Welcome scheme at Blenheim Grange, the Sales Information Centre, located off Norwich Road, between Watton and Carbrooke, is open to visitors from Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm and Mondays from 1pm to 5pm. The Sales Executive can also be contacted on 0845 071 4744.
