Summer fun at the Stratford Butterfly Farm!

Looking for some fun inspirational entertainment for children during the school summer holidays? The Stratford Butterfly Farm provides the perfect day-out, with a host of daily activities, all at no extra cost! Children of all ages can enjoy the new Jungle Explorers Trail, Meet the Mini beasts, Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos, Juggling workshops and Story time in the garden!
Explore the Butterfly Farm with the new ‘Jungle Explorers Trail’ and learn all about the amazing Leaf Cutter Ants. Watch the colony of Ants as they march high above on a rope walkway stretching 25 metres to carry leaves. Have your face transformed into a butterfly or animal with face-painting on the 5, 12 & 19 August from 11am – 4pm in the Garden/Education Room. Every girl loves glitter so enjoy being glammed up with a stunning glitter tattoo on the 26 & 29 August from 11am – 4pm. Meet a range of creepy crawlies in the ‘Meet the Mini beasts’ handling sessions which take place every day during the week days at 11:30am & 2:30pm. Perfect and practice your juggling skills at a juggling workshop on the 10, 17, 24 & 29 August from 11am – 4pm. On Mondays listen to intriguing stories in the garden at 12:30pm, weather permitting of course!

Ticket prices cost £6.25 for adults, £5.75 for seniors/students and £5.25 for children. A family ticket costs £18.50 for 2 adults and 2 children. The Stratford Butterfly Farm will be open from 10:00am – 6:00pm during the summer holidays.
